Manmohan Singh, former PM of India died on Thursday ( 26 December 2024) following age-related illness. Manmohan Singh, a post-graduate from the Punjab University, went to London for higher studies. A peerless economist and bureaucrat, Manmohan Singh held many Key positions as Governor RBI, Dy. Chairman Planning Commission & Finance Minister before he was elevated to the post of Prime Minister at a critical juncture though Politics was not his Cup of tea so to say. Sonia Gandhi found him trustworthy & wanted to avoid her ouster from active politics. He was the 13th & first Sikh Prime Minister of India.
Man Mohan Singh is Remembered for His Economic Reforms Paving Way For Many International Firms/Brands to arrive & Brighten Up the Indian Markets. The period 1992-1997 saw India gain international glory & recognition.
