-Bollywood’s legendary actor Dharmendra, along with Ranjeet, Gulshan Grover, Johny Lever, and Avatar Gill among other personalities, graced the auspicious occasion of the muhurat ceremony of Sonu Baggad’s debut Punjabi film “Travel Agent.” The event took place at Sunny Super Sound in Mumbai, marking the commencement of the film produced by Satwinder Singh Matharoo and directed by Baljinder Singh Sidhu.
Renowned action director Mohan Baggad’s son, Sonu Baggar, is making his debut as a hero with this film. Dharmendra, who considers Sonu as his nephew, expressed his joy by saying, “I am here to bless Sonu Baggad for his debut film. I feel very good. Sonu is talented and is starting his journey with a Punjabi film. If there is a role for me in this film, I will definitely do it.”
The storyline of Sonu Baggad’s Punjabi film “Travel Agent” is based on the theme of many Punjabi people leaving their homeland to work abroad. They leave behind their parents, families, and farming to work hard in foreign lands. The film aims to convey the message for the youth to serve their homeland, parents, and engage in farming while residing in their own country. The shooting for this film will soon commence in Punjab and Uttarakhand.
Produced under the banner of Gobind Films Creation Private Limited, the film “Travel Agent” is being made with the collaboration of U.B.S. Productions. The music composer for the Punjabi film is Gurmeet Singh, with action direction by Mohan Singh Baggad, and cinematography by Najib Khan.
The star cast of the film includes Sonu Baggad, Poonam Sood, Prabh Grewal, Gaggu Gill, Shavinder Mahal, Vijay Tandon, Avatar Gill, Jatinder Kaur (Rose), Ranjeet Riyaz, Nitu Pandher, Paramjeet Khaneja, R.P. Singh, and Jugnu.
