On Her Birth Anniversary
Esha Deol Takhtani, the lovely daughter of Hema Malini & Dharmendra debuted with “Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe” (2002) earning Filmfare Award on Debut & later appeared in few films like- Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne , Kaal, Dhoom & Hijack. She was paired with Abhishek Bachchan in J. P. Dutta’s ‘LOC: Kargil’ also starring Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Nagarjuna, Saif Ali Khan & Akshaye Khanna. Ram Gopal Verma’s ‘Darling’ & ‘Cash’ opposite Ajay Devgn were her other films to mention. ‘Cakewalk’ was one of her last films.
