I humbly dedicate my 73rd Birth Anniversary to all those who did wonders for the betterment of humanity & mankind with their noble works, unflinching dedication, commitment, self reliance and perseverance .Ever since the inception of our modern world precisely the 19th century, there have been innovations, researches, experiments, surveys & clinical examinations to prove the mettle in various fields to bring forth the best & to make impossible into possible thereby shaping a new world. We salute to the zest, drive, spirit and perseverance of all those with whose efforts we have been enjoying unlimited luxuries like cars, scooters, aeroplanes, televisions, better medical services, mobiles, lap tops, and other electrical gadgets used in our day-to-day life.

Interestingly, this could only be possible because of the hard work done by the scientists the world over like Aristotle, a genius Greek philosopher & scientist who developed profound & influential knowledge on mathematical physics. Galieleo ( 1564-1642 AD) who made the first telescope to observe stars and planets. He also discovered the law of pendulum as he watched a chandelier swing in the cathedral of Pisa.

The Wizard nicknamed Thomas Alva Edison Excelled as both scientist and inventor, invented batteries, phonographs, cement, mining, telegraphs, lights and powers. Graham Bell invented telephone. Marie Curie holds record for the first female to be awarded with a Nobel Prize. Marie Curie has always remained a source of inspiration and motivation for different female scientists because of her determination to work. She invented the first mobile X-ray machine which helped to check the injured soldiers in the battlefield. She also invented Radium. She is also known as ‘mother of atom bomb’ with her invention of the radio active material.

Louis Pasteur made astounding contributions in the field of science, technology and medicine.Pasteur was the first ever scientist to study about fermentation in food elements that was caused by microbes. He also explained about biogenesis and proposed a theory named as the “Germ Theory”. He also created a process of toning and treating milk free from the damage causing microbes to what he called “Pasteurization”. He was also the leader on earth to ever discover cure for puerperal fever and make the vaccines for rabies and anthrax. Sir Issac Newton is best known for his law on gravitation. Albert Einstein, a German-born theoretical physicist who developed the theory of relativity, was bestowed with Nobel Prize in Physics in 1921.

Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla (1856-1943 AD)
Tesla, a giant in the field, had developed almost everything by himself and did not expose any of it which later was invented by other scientists in his time. Tesla had generated ac current before Edison knew about charges. Markoni who got Nobel prize for inventing radio used all the ideas of Tesla. X-rays by Roentgen, RADAR by Watson-watt were all devised by Nikola .There was almost nothing that Tesla did not do. First hydro electricity plant in Niagara falls, experiments with cryogenic engineering, transistors, radio wave recorder from outer space were all built by Tesla. Remote control, neon lightening, modern electric motor, earthquake machine are finest inventions from Tesla. Discovery of Penicillin by Sir Alexander Fleming in September 1928 was an accidental discovery that led to miraculous results in the field.

Shri Guru Ram Das, Akbar the Great, Augustus Caesar, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel , Homi J. Bhabha, Bahadur Shah Zafar, Alfred Nobel, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, K. R. Narayanan & Oscar Wilde were other prominent Libras besides many foreign film, fashion, sports celebrities & statesmen like- Mahatma Gandhi, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Martina Navratilova, Serena Williams, Roger Moore, Julie Andrews, Martina Hingis, Christopher Reeve, Arthur Miller, Sarah Bernhardt & Amitabh Bachchan to mention some.

It would be injustice if we did not mention the names of great martyrs and revolutionaries like Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Raj Guru Sukhdev, Udham Singh, Madan Lal Dhingra, Jhansi Ki Rani, Chhatrapati Shivaji & others like Shri Guru Gobind Singh & Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur who died for the freedom & sovereignty of India including many veteran lyricists, musicians & classical wizards who enriched our lives thereby making it more sublime & colorful.
