Chandigarh, June 15, 2022: New Punjabi edition of the English series on the iconic visits of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji to distant countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Tibet, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka, was released today by Singapore based duo Amardeep Singh and Vininder Kaur.

In order to carry forward the legacy of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the couple went on long journeys and, “Sainat, Guru Nanak De Pendayyan Di Ruhani Chhap” (ਸੈਨਤ, ), (Sainat, Guru Nanak Dey Paindeyan Di Roohani Chaap) which narrates in great detail ,the journey undertaken by Guru Nanak Dev Ji to major sites of different religions for spiritual discussions and dialogues. This series is available completely free of cost on TheGuruNanak.com.

The English version of this documentary was released in September 2021 under the title “Allegory, A Tapestry of Guru Nanak’s Travels”. This English version is also available completely free of cost on TheGuruNanak.com.

This 24-episode documentary on Guru Nanak Dev Ji is a joint production of Lost Heritage Productions, a Singapore based production house and Sikh Lens Productions, a USA based non-profit organization. It has been filmed in more than 150 different religious and multi-faith sites in 9 countries, to which Guru Nanak Dev Ji made different journeys in the 15th century during a 22-year long spiritual quest.
