Married to noted director Mahesh Bhatt in 1986, Soni Razdan started her career with “36 Chowringhee Lane” directed by, Aparna Sen ( 1981) followed by some well received & acclaimed movies like “Mandi” ( 1983),”Saaransh” (1984), “On Wings of Fire” (1986) & “Daady”

(1990).

She received praise for her roles in “Mandi”, “Page3” (2005), “Saaransh” & “Raazi” (2018). She was last seen in “Sardar Ka Grandson”(2021) feturing Neena Gupta, Rakul Preet Singh, Arjun Kapoor & Kanwaljeet Singh.

I met the actress during the making of “Aashiqui”. I also asked her few questions during the cock-tail dinner at Hotel Centaur, Juhu.
