As earlier said in some of my articles that most current breed of starlets are more progressive,bold,body & job conscious than their earlier sisters.No wonder their is a virtual invasion of screen by these sophisticated,jovial and enterprising nay adventurous cuties with dreams in their eyes to make it big in the showbiz.Interestingly most of the starlets have fewer or no hang ups like girls earlier in the showbiz.Avneet Kaur,is indeed one of these cuties.
The little girl from jalandhar,born to Sonia Nandra and Amandeep Nandra ,first appeared as a contestant in “Dance India Dance Li’1 Masters” in 2010 and was among top three contestants.She later took part in ‘Dance Ke Superstars’ & ‘Jhalak Dikhhla J-Season 5’.After her family moved to Mumai,she became actively involved doing music videos and teleserials.
She made her presence felt in “Aladdin-Naam To Suna Hoga” (2018-2021), a fantasy telesries based on the famed ‘Arabian Nights’. She playes princess Yasmine while her co-star ,and friend also, Siddharth Nigam enacts Aladdin. She was also part of “Chandra Nandini” based on Chandragupta Maurya, the founder of the Maurya Dynasty in India ( 321-297BCE ). Ashoka the Great was his grandson.The series centres round Chandrgupta’s love story with a Princess. Avneet Kaur plays Princess Charumati Maurya .
Born 13 October 2001,the starlet has since appeared in more than 20 music videos, many teleserials & films. Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Imraan & actress Alia Bhatt are among her favourite stars. She likes film “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” . Avneet Kaur who stands 5 foot 3 and weighs 45 kg has slowly and steadily been inching towards fame & recognition. She recently had a lovely photo shoot at home in ‘Tradional Wear’.
